Whats my truck worth?

I have a 2003 duramax 2500 hd cc/sb. I bought it from my dad and went through the whole thing, painted it, new front fenders, new rear doors, new tail gate, new hood, new box supports, new rear bumper, new rear hitch, new windsheild, new mirrors, 5 inch exhaust, intake, lift pump, cat filter adapter, new fuel pressure regulator, industrial injection s366, built transmission, new rims and tires, interior is a 8 out of 10 being leather, heated seats, electric everything just missing sun roof, tinted. I am finishing up my last year of college and my perspectives have changed a little. Truck has 180,000 miles on it give er take 2 or 3 thousand. Wondering if i put it on craigslist what you guys think would be a good starter. I was thinking start it at 16,000.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news kiddo, but ya got $12k tops. I've been trying to get out of mine on and off to pick up a second crew cab and no one wants to give me squat.

I would get bites from out of staters, but nothing ever became of them.

I've been wanting for some time now to replace my 01 with a similar crew cab, but when people want to give your less money for it than some stock trans pile of scrap with pressure in the cooling system and 15k less miles...... Well I'll keep it

Its a nice truck still. I listed it at $14,000 got no bites
tried $13,000 and nothing
I am down to $11,500 and still nobody seems interested.

You guys should sell your rigs in the Seattle area!

You can't find any Duramax w/less than 160-180k mi for less than 16k around here, if ya did you'd want to buy it ASAP cuz it'd be gone in less than a week!

Most any that are less than 16k (which is friggin rare) have well over 200k and in (what I would consider) poor condition.

An 03 w/180k mi and in 8/10 condition would probably start around $23,500 if not more. And that's a stock truck, one with a turbo upgrade, tastefully and appropriately modded would prolly start around $25k

There's a bone stock LLY with 223k W/shit tires, trashed PYO's and a beat bed with a gooseneck ball, torn seats and a cheap JVC stereo at a local lot going for $18,999, and it will sell...:rofl:
