hey buddy, i yaked with ya when i was upgradeing the ally. when we were talking, i asked you about your trans cooler. I was alittle worried at the time, because we have about 9 months of bad weather, and about 3 months of decent weather. I was worried about keeping heat in trans during these cold months.

well i've noticed that when i'm hot rodding around on these warm summer days, my trans temp sits around (i think)210 not any warmer. on a normal day my operateing temp is (i think) around 190.

with car show season starting up, i'm starting to worry. If i'm gonna be towing 500 miles at a time, i don't want to ruin my 5speed money trap! lol

do i need to get your tranny cooler, or do i just need a deeper pan?

I don't like to see temps above 210. Deep pan will not drop your temps at all, only a cooler can do that.

I recently switched my trans fluid to Transynd and I noticed a 30 degree drop in temp. I bought my truck 2 months ago with 27K on it. It's an 05 4X4 CC. I tow a 30ft. toyhauler.
Mike what is your thoughts on Transynd fluid?

I have not personaly ever seen any fluid drop temps. I have heard of this from a lot of people, but never seen it. I have flushed many Alli's and replaced Dex 3 with TranSynd, Quatrsyn, Mobil 1, Redline, Amsoil ( tq drive and conventional ) and never had a report of lower temps.
TranSynd is great fluid and I recommend it.
