What you mean by set the springs up right Beech?? You talking about pulling some leaf springs out?
that and also the preload. if you dont run any preload for DDing its not bad at all.

whats the reasoning for longer traction bars for pulling and shorter for drag racing .just make your on set man it would save u some money and it's pretty easy to do get some round tubing and 2 top links form your local farmers supply.....if your going to drag race make them short if your going to pull make them longer figure out what length you wont them cut your top link in half and weld them to the tubing and you have a set of fully adjustable trac-bars we use 2inch tubing it can be 2inch from outside to outside or inside to inside then make some brackets :thumb:

I have Tony B's kit, with 305/65/17 mts on my 2006, i put them on and my ride is back to factory or a little better. i have run blisten silver body shocks all the way around, and keep a little bit of tension on my bars. For bar stock i went down to my local steel shop and had two peices of 1.5 or 1.7d DOM tubing threaded at the ends, so i have like 3 or 4 inches of load. I don't tow much, but i don't think that it would hurt to tow with the bars on, from what ive felt and seen...
I should add, that the longer the bars, the less they actually help traction. You guys can search some of my past threads and trents past threads on the subject.
