LBZ: What makes our trucks have rail bounce?

My LB7 had rail bounce if I would roll into the throttle. WOT was fine so I went WOT everywhere :roflmao:

Never mind I think it's the same PID. MAF at idle is 17.50g/s. Is that low or high?

low. should be around 40 grams/sec @idle
should max 500gram/sec at WOT

Yeah lowest it SHOULD be from what ive seen on the forums is like 35 or 36 g/s but I may be wrong.

Mine reads 37-38 g/s at idle

Now I have twins so would that change what the MAF should read?

No it should be recallibrated accordingly in maf but in reality on an lbz wouldn't need it if the atmo has a 5" intake. If the atmo had a 5.5", then it should be rescaled. 17g/sec is way too low.

Thank you for everyone's input. Guess it was the MAF or it fixed itself which is not good.

Nothing fixes itself for long. How's it running now? Seems like it was a maf issue.

Running smooth and hitting all the tables ask of it. It actually needs more fuel.

Learned a valuable lesson about MAF and different vehicles. My diesel van MAF is not the same as out trucks.
