what kind of mileage can you tune at 8100 for?

an employee of mine just picked up a clean 02 with 70k miles and the 8100 gas sucker. what kind of mileage unloaded should he get stock and what if any gains can you tune for it.

As for the gain in HP, not much maybe 30ish. Get rid of the Torque Managment that will make it feel like more. As for the mileage... its an 8.1 it needs fuel. The best I ever got was 12 on the highway. An average would be 9 to 10. Pulling something anywhere fro 6 to 9. I drove one for three years up until yesterday and really can't say anything bad about them besides the economy.
