I just picked up my 02 Sierra last weekend. What is this antenna behind my mirror? Also the temp on my mirror will randomly shutoff, anyone know why? And yes my windshield is covered in snow.

Does it have an aftermarket radio in it? Looks like it could be a gps tracker for that.

Currently does not have an aftermarket headunit. No idea what was in it before I got it. I'll be pulling down the headliner soon to install cab lights, I guess I'll be following them then. Was hoping someone recognized it.

Remote start antenna, check under your steering wheel above your pedals in all the mumbo jumbo wiring for any taped wires.

It is the GPS for the OnStar system. Unhook it and watch the green light on the mirror, it will turn red
