Going from a stock turbo to a 66/74 then to a danville 72mm when is it time to raise the stall in the converter? Had and liked the 1056. Now I have a precision ML I believe around 2k stall. Give me your thoughts on where I should go from here. I do tow my TT (6-7k) but I just use manual mode. Thx

I think there's just the regular which is like 1900 and the ml sled puller is like 2700. Something like that, I might be in the market for something different aswell

I have the standard ml converter and it does pretty good with my 72mm vvt.

Adding bigger injectors woke that turbo up more than anything tho. Running the 72mm with that converter on the 30% sticks and updated tuning is night and day difference compared to the 72mm with that converter on stock sticks with a 2950us.

I don't tow anything tho.

The standard ML is 2000rpm I run the ML Sledpuller which is 2700rpm stall

I run the sled puller as well. I really like it but it does have lockup issues under big power launches. If I could do it again I would go back to a 1055.

Heaviest I tow is a cooler in the bed, so I can't help there.

The 1055 will not help your l/u issues. It took me a while to figure out why the converter wasn't locking.
