It is an 8 nozzle fog cuff. Nozzles are not shown. All 8 nozzles are served from a single external connection, shown on the lower left. The internal porting connects each leg. Will reduce hi boost charge temp 120 F.

BTW, it also will have npt connections for propane, N20, etc. Do you guys use 1/16 or 1/8 npt?

What at about erosion of the Comp wheel. My tractor pulling buddies said pre turbo water really helps but is very hard on the wheel.
The main reason I developed this is for that reason. Typical misting strategy is to spray single nozzle coarse mist, across the conduit. That just agglomerates and turns into a stream on the opposite wall of the conduit, a river that kills the leading edge of the blades.
This is 8 smaller nozzles, much smaller droplet size, airstream entrained fog, which will not hurt the blades.
This design has been 2 years in the making. The original was a single nozzle located in front of the compressor. This evolved a lot. The latest challenge was making it un-restrictive to 1000 cfm airflow on CFD analysis.

Yes, I am assuming the risk of blade impingement damage. If it damages blades, its going on the shelf. Full money back warranty. I will update on EGT reduction, expecting nominal...200-300. The power benefit is what I am trying to exploit, better combustion quality IOW.
