What is everyone doing to the LML?

I am starting to work on my stock new to me '11. Sold my twined built trans stock bottom end LB7 so I'm missing how fun that truck was to drive and just want to see what is working for everyone for different power levels before I start in.

Anything over 800 rwtq whacks the converter just an FYI. They are fun to drive, I'm about to build my trans and dual fuel it then add the new 68 from Mark. Should be good for a solid 650/1100. I've been told the LML bottom end is capable of handling it if used intelligently...

I love my 11' they are heavy but really quiet and smooth to drive. Even straight piped it doesn't seem that loud

Its true, I just tuned/deleted an '11 and it sounded good but not as loud as my truck. Sounded kinda like an Lb7 or LBZ/LLY with a aftermarket 3" down pipe.

I've done 2 LML's now tuned by Kory and they both rip.

Yeah egr delete and downpipe is next, I did mikes main mod solenoid on the trans, thinking about a 10mm Exergy and a turbo next.

For those that have deleted the egr are you doing aftermarket intercooler pipes also or just deleting the throttle vavle/grid heater? And are you changing the up pipe to LB7 or capping the stock on? What about pcv reroute? Is the downpipe worth changing?

Ive got a kit on the way from Mike L for my trans, it consists of valve body upgrades, a few diffrent types of clutches and a converter that mike designed for the lml. Air upgrades specifically fir the lmm and lml are being developed by Mark at Danville. He has a new 68 4094 that has hard parts designed to fix the coding issues associated with these trucks, says its good for 650+ rwhp. Ive talked to him and he has ageeed to go ahaed and send me one, im just going to wait untill my trans is together to pull the trigger. As for fuel, just put a cp3 over the cp4...

At what point are you guys building the trans? I know everyone thought that they would handle more than they do. What about thoughts about twins vs the new Danville turbo.

Mike recomended the Ml R from georend. It s full billet including the stator and was designed specifically for these trucks. As for tuning, it's up to you, I went with motor ops, don't go that route. I'm waiting on someone to retune mine once the trans is installed...

How would a Suncoast 1056 work? Thinking about going with Tony's tuning because he took the time to call me and talk on the phone and not just email and I'm old school like that.

Call Mike L. He will explain about the converters, there are a few things that needed addressing and he figured them out with the ML-R...

DPF/EGR Delete Help

I'm looking at doing a DPF/EGR delete to my truck but I am having trouble finding information on what I need to do and all the parts I need. I have a 2014 2500HD. Any help you be appreciated. Thanks

You need tuning to support the deletes (EFI Live), delete pipe for the dpf or a full exhaust, and the egr you can go with a $10 blocker plate or buy an egr delete kit.
