A couple times a month I will spray the cool motor down with simple green let it soak a couple min then spray it off with a hose hooked up to hot water. Then either let it dry or wipe off the main stuff and spray it down with formula 2001 and let it dry and wipe off any extra.

Any "do do's" when you spray off the motor. Obviously stay away from the air filter and batteries.... What else.

What works great on the natural aluminum pieces, is "Mag Wheel" cleaner by Eagle One. The aluminum pieces on the motor, radiator, trans cooler will look brand new. This stuff also cleans the aluminized exhaust systems really well.
