Popped the hood to put a mouth piece on and saw this no idea how long it's been like that any idea what they are to?

fix those wires and quit digging for the FPR. bet it fixes your issue. someone got those things caught in something they shouldnt have by the looks of it

Sweet thanks man does Chevy sell those connectors or should I just crimp them with some heat shrink

I'd just wire around the connector. Unless you have enough wire at the connector end to fix it.
