I hate getting presents, or things given to me in general. I guess Ive just always felt guilty possessing anything I didnt pay for myself. Last year my parents gave me dual CP3's last year as xmas/bday present and I sent them back. My friends thought I was crazy, but thats just the way I am.

But anyway, this xmas my parents finally convinced me to accept a couple diesel engine and turbocharging books, and a craftsman tool chest. :)

my xmas present to myself is to get my truck running no matter what before I go back to school at the end of january...

merry christmas to everyone!

ben

You sent back a free dual cp3 kit .

I ended up getting a couple pairs of boxers, flannel pants, money for a new phone, a few DVD's, Lego, a book on spiritual enlightenment, some Hot Wheels cars, work socks, and a puzzle. I got my parents a new surround sound setup for the house. I plan on getting myself a SCIV w/ 1058. :D

I wish anyone in my life would buy me truck parts

It could be worse, someone could have gotten you those light up valve stem caps:rofl: or a neon plate frame:rofl:

It's usually better that people don't buy us parts for our trucks, unless they know what they are doing:D

i've always known you're a good egg, Ben. :) The type in bold IMO is your parents hinting to you what your real profession should be...sorta like the profession a majority of board members have thought you should go into for a few years....:D

Us? It was "Family Christmas" this year. We bought a 46" LCD Samsung TV.

I received my "norms"...wool socks, 3 Gander Mountain fleece/knit shirts, and a box of gloves for work. My daughter, thoughtful person she is, bought me this little dry-erase board for my UPS truck so I dont have to keep using delivery notices for daily notes. :D
I've been debating buying myself a shotgun for a personal Christmas present. Guys at work are tellingme I cant go wrong with a Remington 870 with a mag extender. So, sometime in the next week I'll get over to Gander Mountain and see about a gun.

Santa brought Kole a Daisy BB gun. He's outside right now "shooing" the deer out of the yard!

We have a Gander MTN here too, love the place but there gun prices are lil steep! If you have a Sportsmans Werehouse, check them out. 870 is a great gun! I sure would like to have a Benelli though!
