What Converter For Big Twin Setup?

So now that I'm ready to go ahead with the install of the motor, I need to decide what stall converter I'm going to need. I was thinking something high like a 2600-2700RPM stall? Too much? I'll be hitting the strip pretty often and the truck will be used on the street. What are you guys using?

What size twins, when I had the 366/480 I used the 1058 still have it with the 472 in the truck now. I like it.

Shouldn't need much more rpms over stock with those turbos. I ran stock stall with the same turbos at 4600'+ and never had any problems with spoolup. I only run about a 2000 stall with a 71mm high pressure fwiw
