What color should I paint the bowtie emblem?

well, i put it back in untouched for now. couldn't stand looking at it not there.

its a little different than the one on my truck. the gold is flaking off from behind clear plastic cover. i'm thinking the clear piece comes out but didnt want to bust it. I'll get another look at it, mess with it somemore this week.

no front plate in Mi. i just need to pull those license plate tabs out.

well its not black, but i had a couple cans of dupicolor 'shield' - temporary spray on paint. washes off with soap&water.

White. I think it would really stick out in that black grille. They should come color matched OEM.
