Help: What can be this ?

I'm trying to get some help/recommendations/inputs about why this LLY engine sounds like a old IDI Diesel, like crap
Oil pressure is just fine, maybe a lot of crap on the fuel lines/injectors ? I think that because the engine was sitting almost under the open sky...
Also I think that the engine is running with only 4 cylinders or something
What do you think guys ?

x2^^ could be simple wiring issue

I thought the same, the wiring of the engine itself. Im searching a good replacement, because mine has broken C1,C2 connectors.
No big codes using the OBDII scanner, Just one related to the glow plug module and the MIL...
any other input ?

Maybe you should just fix the wiring issues first before delving into other possibilities?
