I filled-up Saturday here in central Oklahoma and it was the first time since I've had my diesel (about two years) that I paid less-than $3.00 per gallon. A friend of mine in the Dallas Texas area said, "it was $2.99 down there."

So, how are the diesel prices doing in other parts of the country?

They seem to be about the same up here in Canada, not sure if it's just the annual increase due to heating oil demand. But I'm paying $1.18 a litre so just under $4.50 a gallon which is about $3.90 US/gal.

3.39 here in mason, tx.

Close to the same price in the areas surrounding me. Maybe a cent or two less here and there.

That $2.86 I paid for diesel on Saturday here in Oklahoma looks like about the cheapest in the nation so far! :D

I'm wondering if diesel is going to go down even more, as the price of crude oil continues to drop? Also, here in Oklahoma, diesel is about .90 more per gallon than gas.
