Fuel prices are what they are, but it irritates the crap out of me having to swipe my card multiple times to get a full tank of fuel. I stopped at 1 place that cut me off at $50. I would of had to swipe my card like 4 times to get a full tank of fuel. I went inside to get my receipt because of course it wouldn't print, and let him know I'd be taking my business elsewhere.
around me, they (at least some stations) cut off @ $100... and the same card cannot be used in the same pump 2 times in a row.. When I asked one of the attendants they said its because of volume.. they are trying to 'be fair' and make sure everyone can get some (supposedly it prevents people from filling massive aux tanks or many smaller jugs)

Are what they are? You must be complacent with the situation, only upset by the pumps inability to drain you all at once huh? I'm not upset with the station or pump. I'm upset with White House for making choices a 5 year old would understand are harmful to our nation...
agreed.. I don't blame the stations... but I do blame all who make decisions that make energy independence harder/impossible..

Don't come at me with your political victimhood nonsense. My job and my region revolves around fuel prices. We got multi million dollar contracts out right now that were bid on work with fuel prices at $2.30/gal. We spend $90k a month on fuel right now. I put on my big boy pants and do what has to be done to succeed. I aint got time to get all butt hurt over who's in White House and what they are doing to my livelihood and me.

Politics are directly responsible for fuel prices.

You requesting that I be silent about the cause is just another left tactic bc they have no ability/facts to debate the situation. So the conscious/aware citizens must be shut up before others realize what's happening. That's like going to the doctor and seeking treatment without a diagnosis, go ahead and give that a shot when your sick and let's see how that works out?

Last warning. Go take this talk elsewhere besides this site. The thread is to post about what you pay for fuel prices, not what anyone deems is the cause of said prices. End of story

I don’t give a shit what you think politically, on a site not derived around it. We are all here to talk about our diesels, enjoy performance mods and talk diesel with friends.

If you cannot and will not respect the fact I nor others here do NOT want to hear about your political view on a subject then don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out or I’ll make sure it does.

That’s my biggest annoyance, I’ve started paying for everything with a business credit card because the limit on it is raised to $125. I applied for a card lock card too, pain in the ass, but the limit should be closer to $500 every fill up.

Flying J and Loves out by me were both at $5.29 this week. Good thing I didn't have to fill the truck....

Fuel stations in the USA are putting $100 limits at the pumps? That's wack, but i guess in Canada we have been having to pay over $100 to fill the tanks on mostly trucks for years now 😅

Closest to me on GasBuddy says 1.85/l which is about the same as northern Montana at ~$5/gal. But 30min from there in Alberta it’s only 1.67/l or about 50 cents less a gal. Normally Montana is a buck cheaper.

Gas is only 15 cents less in montana after exchange. Y’all are being screwed harder than we are it seems.

Had to take a trip up north in Manitoba early this week. 1.989 a litre. That’s 9.03 per Canadian gallon.

Just got back to Boise from Zion, paid between $4.89 to $5.17 the whole trip. Definitely cheaper in Utah than Idaho.

The station I fill up close to the house is $4.11/gal. It seems like it is trending down very slowly. It was up close to $4.40 about a month ago.
