Call Fleece Performance for the explainations of electrical in cab and not fuel line under hi pressure that you don't want to blow a line connection better to see what they know would happen if done wrong.

Idk. The rail pressure gauge is electrical but I guess the fuel pressure is mechanical and has fuel running to it. It's getting mounted in the cab regardless tho.

I would not under any circumstance mount a mechanical fuel pressure inside the cab of my truck. Diesel has a way of finding the smallest leaks, and it smells really really good as it soaks into your carpeting and insulation matting. LOL! I would use an electrical gauge, little more expensive, but its safer wont smell up the truck, and easier to route wires than copper tubing.

I already ordered a mechanical fuel pressure gauge and a electric rail pressure. I'm not to worried about 10 psi of pressurized fuel in my cab. If 50 psi doesn't leak out of my boost gauge then I'm not worried about 10. I'm gonna tap the fuel pressure gauge into the top of my filter head

i see. so it somehow converts the pressure from the fuel into air pressure going into the gauge. or something haha
