I have been redoing my fuel system I have been wondering what these two lines are for. It is on the valley pump in a ATS duel CP3 set up, I went to looked up their instructions online, it doesn't show this lines and it doesn't look like the fittings can be removed. I was wondering if i can remove the lines and cap them off.

Where did that pump come from? I have never seen those lines on a CP3 pump before!

There should only be one inlet fitting and one return.

It came on the truck, so I have no clue. I am pretty sure that the pump has been modified since you have to pull the front cover off the CP3 to put 45 degree fittings on, and i am not sure how the 90 degree was put on.

I have owned a couple ATS dual fueler kits on LB7's and they did not use lines like them. They just had a separate HP line that fed into the end of the driver's side fuel rail and a tee fitting for the return lines.

That's why I asked, I have never seen this before and I don't believe my other cp3 has ports where this does. Anyone know who might of modified the pump?

10 years ago they were dual feeding the cp3, I dont know if thats what it looked like but remember hearing about it. That was back before dual cp3s were few & far between

I am pretty sure this is a older ATS kit and those lines where part of it, because they are the same as the rest of the metal flex line. I guess that I am going to try to call ATS again and see if they can tell me anything, last time I tried that, pretty much all I got was "It is one of our older kits, sorry can't help"
