11.30s-11.40s? Mid to high teens MPH?

You sure are playing with fire. What more do you need to build the motor?

Stupid expensive rods, and gaskets. Got everything else. Oh and the machine work. Just getting everything gathered up before it goes into the machine shop. I have a spare block that will be getting all this. Trying to keep down time to a minimum

That stuff is expensive, I planned to buy parts here and there and build a block after I accumulated everything but I'm affraid if I do that prices will eventually drop on some things and I'll have already bought and paid more for them. Probably just wishful thinking I should just go ahead and start buying parts.

hey kyle, looking good. damn that thing pulls hard! you need to get that spare block together...i think you're gonna need it lol

Thanks man. Yeah it will come with a little time. I would like to get at least a couple 1/4 runs in. That damn block leaked oil all over my bed, through my gooseneck hole, hitting the driveshaft, and slinging it all over the back halve of my truck  I was so mad when i got home. Damn Scott :roflmao:

Luckily the shop it went to has a steam cleaner. It was spotless before I left but I was soaked after an hour of laying on a creeper with a pressure washer

I was thrilled with the 1.54 and numerous other 1.5x's 60' times. Thefunk came up and helped me out with tire pressure and pointers on launching. I had 6 runs in the 1.5x's. Hell I had 3 back to back runs of 1.57 60's with 3 almost identical 7.32 runs in a row. This was on 275/55/16 M&H radials

On PYO's I assume? Those 60's are awesome
