every pull i go too im right around #7000 with me in it, kinda sux for pullin but feels good when you can still place near the top.

50lb sandbags at Home Depot or Lowes are about $1 each. That's what we used to add 1700lb to Casper at the last pull. $34 is less than 1 tractor weight.

Lancaster Pullers: Be aware that the MLM scale seems to be 200lb heavy. I scaled exactly 8000 with Casper at a certified scale, then was 200lb heavy at the pull and had to drop 4 sandbags.

I agree Pat, I scaled last time CCLB at 7800. I do have extra fuel tank filled to get it there, but I thought the scale was off because I have scaled at 7300 at the truck stop and 30 gallons of diesel is only around 210-220 pounds. You bringing Casper or just Wendy?

hmmm not a bad idea, wonder if they will let use get away with it here.

If you have a bed cover, they won't even know. Put down a tarp and load a few in the cab to get better weight distribution, then put junk on top of them.

ive done that with 600lbs of suitcase weights my buddy let me borrow, looks like i need to put my soft cover back on.

yea Pat im bringing you sandbags back down to the pulls no need to pick more up . there might be a few extra if any one els need a cuple pounds
