As you can see in the pics, The turbo is trying to pull air thru a straw and push it thru that darn litte 2 1/4 intercooler pipe. When I can we are changing the intake around more like the PPE bridge setup and then I can keep the 5" the same all the way to the filter.also change the diver side intercooler pipe to 3".

Thank You, it works for now i'm just not happy with it,I rushed and there was no one around here to get what I needed to do it the right way the first time.I figure I can sell the egr delete to someone that is not running a big turbo it would work great on a stock vvt setup.

This couldn't be further from the truth.

You better tie that AC line up near the cowl. Driving it around, the heat will make it sag and it will touch the turbine housing.

Was meaning to do that had to bend the line some to get it there lol, Figured I would just use a zip tie,Also need to figure something out with the trans dip stick its very tight,That was the tune you dropped the timing and fuel out of also. And also did not dyno it in T/H used the copilot but it was making it lock up kinda hard on the dyno and spiked one run at 638 felt like it down shifted but it did not.Guess I should of used the T/H not sure.Kinda scared to run it anymore only been in it twice since the last time the shifts felt werd so I leave it off.

39psi on the dyno, and 50-55 on the street?

You stand to make about 100-120 more hp with the right boost.......thats just going from personal expirence!!

your truck rocks!!

Now get on a load cell that has the load turned all the way up, so you can get full boost.... i got one down here if you need one.:D

I like seeing guys fab up their own stuff! No smoke or timming rattle, I'd say that looks like a real good daily driver tune. I guess now I should say there is one thing in your updated sig I want to have. Looks good Henry! Congrats!
