Through all of the wedding stuff, got married on Saturday. It's a big relief to be over and it was a lot of fun. The ceremony was very messed up, preacher wasn't very nice to my wife before the wedding and he didn't seem to know what was going on at all, kind of skipped the whole "I do's" and kiss the bride part. Sermon was about how someday we wont love each other and will need more wine. I think I get his point, but his broken english, combined with his mumbling and repeating while he would try to find the page made it come out wrong. Oh well, I wasn't too bothered and it made for a good story. The rest went well though and everyone had fun. I can joke around like everyone else does about the nagging wife, but I am pretty lucky to have her.

On a side note, a week ago she mentioned how it would be fun if I still had my pulling truck together, then she would hang around the shop more and it'd be fun to go to the pulls again, she'd maybe even drive it a time or two if I wanted. I mentioned this to a few of my buddies and her comment was "that escalated quickly". We took the idea and ran with it, she's still on board with it though. Now that theres some pretty good 2.6 classes around here it wouldn't be bad to get back into, sounds like we'll be getting the pieces out of storage and seeing if we can get something working again, I do miss it.

No high quality pics yet, but here is a couple some people got on their phones.

Congrats Vinny. Best to you both in your future. Work at it and you'll both be as happy as Karla and I after these 32+ years we've been together.

Congrats man. Being married isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Sounds like a sweet deal about the pulling truck, be cool to see the wife go down the track. Cant wait to see the rebuild pics of it.

Such a relief that your wife doesn't have 3 breasts like in your avatar... That was kind of disturbing ;)

Congrats!

Congrats Vinny.:thumb::D
Let's see if you can make it to 48 years like me.:eek::help::D

I thought their life expectancy was only 10-12 years? That mean wife #5 is around the corner or already here? :mikelsheep:

Haha that would not be cool, there's plenty to handle with just the two:D

Thanks everyone for the good wishes.

Feels odd not having a ring now. Turns out the one that showed up was a 14. It was supposes to be a 13 and a 12 is what I reordered so they waived the resize fee. It was way too loose, fell off just washing my hands. Have to wait 2 weeks now. Damn Tungsten.

Vinny congrats dude......from the pics and your avatar.....Glad she has no chance of drowning.

Hoping you the best in marriage, it can be rough at times, but love makes it.

The avatar is definatley not her haha.

Thanks.

Going to take a lot of work to ressurect this thing, its missing even more parts since this picture. My big concern is the interior. They want the majority of it there, but I sold the majority of it. Going to have to go to the meeting and see if they just want some weight in the cab or if I have to go buy an interior.

Main goal with the project is to make it simple, and fast/easy to work on.
