or you could just fix your IC that is split open, its a long shot but a boost leak might have something with a turbo that has an open AR not make the boost it should

If it's the converter then why does the same one work fine in my truck with almost the same turbo and smaller injectors? It can get 10 psi in 5-6 seconds and can get more when the brakes are warm.
Are you flat footing it then slowly backing off or trying to do the Cummins Creep?
