Weird issue after new injectors

Hey guys so as some of you know I just replaces my injectors. As in under 100 miles on then still. Well I to start it this morning and it started with the sound of a cold diesel ( 44* here in el paso). Abd let out a puff of grey / black smoke. It never did this before with the bad injectors? Should I be worried? Or will it clear up?

okay i figured i should give yall the solution to what happen. well when i changed injectors i had to pull on of the glow plugs because of coolant in it from pulling a cup out ( yes i drained radiator from petcock but for some reason not all drained out of the block)

well when i did that and hooked it all back out the power distribution bar for the glow plugs was touchign the exhaust manifold. i thought i got it before it blew the maxi fuse. but i was wrong. i did some testing adn turns out the glow plugs werent coming on.

replaced fuse and all is workign great now
