LML Weird Autocal Code

So a little over a month ago, i and my buddy deleted his 15.5. had josh (chavez91) build some tunes for him and load them on an autocal so he can flash them in (he lives in flag where i and josh live in phx, 2 hour drive one way). Anyhow, had a little trouble getting the fresh autocal to load the tunes. josh wiped the autocal again and reloaded the tunes and all was good. fast forward a week and my buddy is going on a trip with his boat. goes to flash the tow tune in and error code "OK263er" keeps coming up. he leaves the street tune in it and tows his boat but minds his EGTs while hes towing. She would get pretty hot up little inclines (EGT wise) so tune/s need a little revision which is no biggy except the fact the autocal wont flash

hes had a battery tender on the batts as hes flashes, tried many many back to back flashes as i know the LML can be finicky, had him pull a couple fuses (radio, abs, lights) with no change. cts2 was unplugged when flashing as well. Josh is very busy working on some stuff that im very excited for him on so im trying to help get this figured out without bugging him too much though it may come down to an issues we cant take care of on our end. Im also trying to get the truck down to me for me to play with.

Has anyone ever seen or gotten this "OK263er" code before while flashing with an autocal? this truck is fully deleted (dpf, def, egr are long gone) with exhaust, lift pump, s&b intake, trans dummy solenoid, and edge cts2

yup, its a weird one. its not even part of "EFI Live code list" for an autocal. i really think we will have to reformat the autocal but just want to get everything right first.

The only time I've had odd codes like that is when I haven't updated firmware in awhile and tried loading tunes built off newer software but I'd imagine josh would've updated it

yup, we made sure everything was up to date and even re-updated it with some fixes that came out for the LML

Last time I saw a weird error code like that on a Autocal is when a customer ignored my instructions and plugged the USB from the Autocal into his USB iPhone charger in the cig lighter :roflmao: it completely erased the tunes from the Autocal and I had to reload the tunes and BBX settings. I can't remember what the error code was James, but it was something goofy like that.

:roflmao: i would like to think hes smarter than that as hes used an autocal quite a few times to load black bear tunes on his old 8.1 gasser. never know though.

im hopefully getting the truck after the next 2 weeks and i can play with it to see whats going on.
