Ya, doc said to be careful to not move it but man i was going stir crazy not doing anything these last few weeks lol

Anytime bud, Just need a heads up.

Ya I always pushed my post surgery recovery lol

Hit 295x3 on bench with a butt load of back down stuff to 225 burnouts. Bench is ok right now.

Trying not to load my back at all right now. Even bent rows and shrugs aggravate it.

Can’t lift like I want so cycle bar has been filling in, burned 1000 calories in 45minutes:thumb:

Hanging at 203 happy with that.

Been a few weeks since I did deads so I think I had plenty of time to recover. Felt like a beast, 5 plate reps will be coming soon!

i lifted a 12oz drink to my mouth using my left arm last night for the first time since surgery.. progress.. lol

i start therapy on monday.

who knew only 5* of external rotation and 40* of abduction could damn near bring a man to tears LOL

first therapy session went "well"

Been doing two a days the last couple weeks. Heavy lifting in the morning, Crossfit in the evenings

I bumped up to high reps in flat bench.
315 for 5x5 lmao
Only got 3 sets for a full 5,
4th set got 4
5th set got 3
Dropped to 275 for 6
Dropped to 225 for 7.
Arms and triceps and lat pull downz.

Lifting has been mostly down for me... between getting sick twice in the last month and feels like a possible 3rd time as I sniffle typing this. I feel like a Alaska Vampire that is slowly dying off from the sun:rofl:

Back issues and just flat being to busy. Things should calm down now hopefully and I can get back into a normal training cycle again.

Rest pause squats this morning.

Squat snatch this afternoon. Worked up to 155, haven’t done those in 5 plus years
