Never was diagnosed with a bulging disc. But do you research on this machine and you’ll find a lot of people use this for lower back pain and also bulging disc.

Which unit do you guys recommend buying?
This is a good combo machine. Works great for reverse hyper extensions, and GHD. This is what we have at the gym. Hope this helps.

No problem! And I’m not sure if you are.. But make sure your stretching those hamstrings, and glutes out and roll them out.. Remember stretching isn’t a sprint it’s a marathon do a little every day.

Good job dude.. The meaning of the work is more important then the time.

41:00 this morning.. Did it by myself early this morning because I had to work.
That is 100% correct. Josh Bridges made that very point in a recent YouTube he had. It is humbling in itself just finish it.

Great job killing it!

Thanks to all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice and those still fighting for us. 55:42 Murph. “Cold and wet” today just like it’s supposed to be. @Potthoffdmax hope you are well and still killing it!

I'm still around, haven't been on any forums much, busy with life.

Still hitting the gym pretty regular. Finally have conceded my back will never let me push big squat and dead lift numbers anymore. I try and just stay fairly strong and and work my mobility as much as I can. I'm no spring chicken lol.

Hit 350x2 on bench a few weeks back. The went ham on a new plate loaded lat machine that promptly pissed off my right elbow tendonitis. Had to back off benching 3 times a week and let that elbow simmer down. Its been feeling decnet lately so Ive started ramping bench back up. Still holding out hope for a 405 bench before I hit 50.

How have rest of you mutts been?

Ive been good, slowly creeping up on 315 on bench as I've pulled 315x10 for deadlifts and squatted 315x10 (before my back got pissed off). My bench is the only one I haven't been able to get there yet.

Other than that, life is running wide open with the wife coaching multiple school sports and our son playing travel baseball.

Don’t get to work out at all really. Lame excuses but it’s life at this point.

Hit a high or 275 body weight in the beginning of august. Decided it’s time to get real and thin down some. Knees and hips could feel it and I wasn’t healthy by any means.

Started dieting pretty heavily and am currently sitting at 231.8 as of this morning. Need to get out and ride my bike some for some cardio. But I had blood work done Tuesday and got a clean bill of health on everything but 1 thing. My good cholesterol was 1 point low. Some cardio will bring it up easily.

That’s all. Lol
