I have dropped 500 pound deadlifts in the past... I don’t anymore. The gym I train at now has 4 deadlift platforms that absorb most of it.
My biggest gym pet peeve is pulling weights off my rack while I’m using it, with out asking. For some reason it drives me nuts:rofl:
