Here are some pics of my box and cooler I just sold. I had one of the Rule 3800 gallon pumps submerged and it moved some serious water (we changed the screen on it). The entire center section of the box held ice/water. The intercooler was a PT1800 that we put two extra fittings in so both lines flowed through versus a "U" design. On the dyno the truck was running and warming up and as soon as you hit the button the intercooler would be cold to the touch. My rule of thumb I was told was look for a rating for double your power goals for a diesel. I prefer Precision or Chiseled - look on yellow bullet for used one.

i run 2 Rule 3700 submersibles also, we talked to Bell IC and got a custom core made by them to what my hp goal is, then jason at wcfab put some end-tanks on it. i run about 100lb of ice per pass. data logger is very handy to have to make sure your intake temps are in check. we ran a home-made data logger last year for the first time and even after logging it on the engine dyno it is surprising to see the difference between a dyno pass and an actual pass down the track.

I run twin 3800 gallon submers. In roughly a 15 gallon box hanging. It's always best to put weight farther forward
