I'll be there, gonna have to sandbag it though. I got in trouble last time for not having a roll cage.
The time's on Edge's site are wrong. I'm going to email them so they get the proper gate times, etc. posted. Gates / Tech opens at 3:30 PM. I have a flier from NADM / RMR that i'll try to get posted here for all to see. just got it today from NADM. RMR always opens their Friday events at 3:00 with tech at 3:30. This event will mix in with their normal street car classes.
I'll be there though, come hell or high water. Hopefully my new twins will be on ready to knock out a high 14 or so

ET Class (any truck slower than 11.99 i believe)
Quick Diesel Class (12.0 index)
Pro Street / Unlimited - Run what ya Brung (Heads up and it's supposed to be pro-tree I believe)

Ok - i got the official information from RMR today - this is the combined effort of RMR / Edge / NADM and should hopefully let anyone thinking of coming to the drag racing event know what to expect. Payouts, times, etc all below:
This event will be run in conjunction with RMR's Street Legal Series, JR. Dragster Series and Club Series event.
Check the RMR rulebook page 19 for height restrictions and exhaust turn-up requirements. http://www.rmrracing.com/2009/drag/DragStripRuleBook.htm
ALL RMR, IHRA, NADM and NHRA rules are in effect.
NADM/EDGE event Sept 4, 2009 at ROCKY MOUNTAIN RACEWAYS.
Tech starts at 3:30 pm
Time Trials 4:30 pm (all RMR/NADM classes run in a rotation, info. at gate)
NADM Drivers meeting 6:15 pm
Elimination Racing starts 7:00 pm
ET (Bracket) - $25 track tech card fee
Edge pays $500 1st place purse plus gift certificates
NADM membership required for the following two classes (larger purses).

Track Tech fee-$25 (at the gate) plus . . .
NADM Registration (already member) - $35

I hope i can make it! Ill be in Lancaster the weekend before and thats a 2,000mile trip for me. Ill have to come back sunday Aug 30th then leave again 400mi one way to Utah Thurs night........ hmmm

I'm trying to find out more info about the Dyno for people too - i know around town here i've been asked by alot of people about that - hopoing to have an update by early tomorrow to post up (which classes, etc.).
Hope to see you all there! I know lots of you are coming from out of town so i hope you have a safe journey! NADM will be at the track and set up by noon, though the gates won't be open til about 3 for those of you that need to know!!

Race Friday all night long (diesel event followed by RMR midnight drags until about 3 AM).
Dyno all day Saturday at Edge
Sunday = recovery mode
I was just asked to remind anyone attending if they haven't looked through RMRs rule book yet - that if you dont have a stack, and your truck smokes, please have a turn-up tip.
