Waterjet cut Oil Pan flange?

Is anyone cutting these and selling them? I possibly want to fabricate an oil pan from scratch.

I work for a laser shop... get me a drawing and I can get you a quote.

Maybe I over think everything or just aren't smart enough to wrap my head around it... How do I go about getting a drawing without a digitizer to map out the bends and kicks that aren't square?

I would call HSP, I have seen them make some dry sump pans. Maybe they would sell you just the flange.

Personally I would take your oil pan and make a template out of cardboard or something, then scan it into your computer.

Mat @ S&T water jet/steel sent my valve covers for my project and said they had all flanges, templates already mapped for Duramax/Cummins. Good guys to deal with if you can't get them from anyone already mentioned.
