Simon I'm sure this is a stupid question because you already did this but is it worth the trade off for cooler trans temps vs the added weight?

I needed a big cooler for my setup.
the cooler I was looking at was 600.00 this was half that and will cool way better!

wasnt really concerned of the extra weight since iy was going on the rear of the truck.

the only cooler on the front is the intercooler.

Haha. You think the Lenco is geared too low or high?

Both the Lenco don't care what gear set you switch first ( cool option )
We are hoping that now that we have converter lock up working that it will drop more rpm between shifts. Last year we went on a dyno and it only dropped 350 between gears. Or it dropped down to 1250 from 3900

In the next few weeks we are going to try and get on dyno and test it out.. I shift at 3900 and need it to drop to 2700 (1st to 2nd) if not, it's going to Lenco. We added a drive shaft rpm sensor to help get imperative info that we never had before.

Oh I see. What are you hoping to see with the drive shaft tachometer? Differences between input speed and output speeds?

James

Terry at precision had made some new upgrades to help keep the converter lock up work better but with limited data it was hardfor him. We are lucky that Dirtymax and donovon spent more time with our same set up. We sent the Bruno back to Terry over the winter and had the new mods done.
