Slow day at work, so been reading about MPG gains to be had via water injection setups.

Only really giving it thought cause I have a nice meth setup for the car but I never used it so I can easily swap it over to the truck with smaller nozzles and get a hobbs switch to trigger it on/off.

Say a 5 or 7 gpm nozzle and trigger the system on with some decent boost or EGT?

The heat may have gotten to my head. :rofl:

Never got any gains besides when I'm hauling over the rocky mountains at 10,00ft. With my old s366 it would help keep the charger lit at lower rpms without giving it more fuel. However if I sent too much meth into it the charger would start surging.

My exact same experience with. I gained nothing except a terrible running truck no matter how I tuned it or when the meth was activated. I used washer fluid and was using it to increase mileage and performance. Tried 1 nozzle, 2 nozzles and same results no matter what. Sold it on ebay.

Where can you get nozzles that small?

I was going for anything I could get! Lol. Just like mike said I got a crappy running truck with it. I tried windshield washer fluid, 50/50 mix, 40/60, 30/70, 100% water, 100% meth nothin. I had the stage three kit. The 1000 dollar one and got so aggravated with it I basically gave it away on here.

Mine definitely boosts power, most noticeably while towing my 5k lb trailer. As far as mileage... It doesn't improve, at least for me. But for power, it's awesome in my experience.
