Ok so i just picked up my truck from the retards at Circle Chevy. The gasket on my WP is bad and they refused to work on the truck bc of the mods.

Anyway, i'm driving home and notice that the oil pressure is unusually low. I stop to check it out and i see water dripping out of the PCV tube in the wheelwell and also a decent amount of smoke and pressure coming out. Also i checked the oil and the stick is pretty low. At idle is i rev it up the oil pressure will hit 60 then drop pretty quick. Just ideing it's about 2 notches above 0.

Blown head gaskets?

any advice is appreciated.

First thing I would do is stop running the truck. You can take a few drips of oil and drop them on a clean piece of paper, wait and see if any green (I believe Dexcool makes an orangey colour) shows up around the oil on the paper.

If there is in fact coolant in there, then that is what is mostly likely causing your low oil pressure at idle problem. Head gaskets is my first thought, but testing would be in order before you buy any parts.
