Was flipping channels tonight after basketball. Happened to stop on Street Outlaws. Dont normally watch that show, but they were working on a white Dmax for Farmtruck, so what the hell. He introduced the two guys helping him as Caleb and Andy from Blackout.

Is that "our" Caleb, as in 05LLY? If so, I'll be darned.

Well, like I said....I dont watch that show regularly.
But I thought it was great that Caleb and Andy got some positive press for themselves and their shop.

I've only watched a couple of episodes of that show. I don't know how "real" it is but I have always wondered how a built truck would do against those guys being able to launch in 4wd.

Not even our best would hang with the worst on their top10 list. They're essentially promods on the street.

What we COULD learn from their builds is how to set up our trucks to run better. Considering the torque we output and the weights we run, Ive always thought we needed to use methods used in higher-level gas cars as starting points. For instance, rollcage design and suspension setup.

Anyways, congrats to Blackout for the positive promotion!

I see wagler, and PPE logos all the time on the farm truck crew. Tony rizzi's old dmax powered hot rod was actually in the future episodes preview as well this past Monday. He did race with or against the 405 crew earlier this year. I met azn at UCC this year and he was very humble, good dude.

Ryan Milliken was on one of the episodes of Street Outlaws New Orleans, he won first round due to the other car either breaking or jumping don't remember which. Second round he got smoked. Diesel trucks wouldn't have much of a chance against these things. Firepunk would be about the closest

yup, second round he smoked the tires and there is no "peddling" a diesel like those gassers can. :D
