Rail pressure limiter. I don't know what model you have, (phucking tapatalk) but lb7 is down in the valley all others are on the back of the drivers rail.

Which seperator did you drain? I have seen them not seal well after draining.

Did you change tuning recently? Mine did that for about a week after I loaded a different tune, ill look at some logs and try and see if I can figure it out. I think my problem though was just a table or 2 that didn't like eachother.. iirc rail pressure fell to around 2,000. If I let out of it easy I think it was fine, just lifting heavy made it do that. It was along time ago though.

I had a similar issue running multiple tunes with a dsp 5 switch. I was going from near stock tune to robs "bat out of hell" tune. This seemed to create issues with the torque tables with in the tcm causing the truck to dead stop while WOT. I cleared the taps on the tcm and all was good. Don't recall the exact details on the ECM and tcm torqu table issues, but something was telling the tcm that to much torque was being delivered causing the power to be reduced.

Reset tcm maybe that's the trick?

I wonder if the seperator drain isn't sealing well and creating a leak. Anyone know if the air dog seperator is on the vacuum or pressure side?

Have you checked to see if your loosing fuel psi to the cp3 under load? Loosing rail pressure? A good log will tell you lots. Could also be injector return rate is really high. Fuel is lazy and will go to the least amount of resistance possible.
