virus attachment when opening thread.

I randomly receive virus when opening threads, says virus on my computer to call number and someone will guide you through the removal process.

Windows and kapersky catch it most of the time but when it does not it is a pain in the butt to close out. I have not been getting this on any other forums..

Need a link to what threads you are talking about. I don't get the warnings and no one else has said anything. Could be here or could be your system.

soon as i logged on tonight and went to duramax diesels forum bam opened up in another window.. strange.

EDIT: when kapersky blocks it says, phising link blocked..

I've used 3 different computers, 2 of them using Kapersky and I got no warnings. You should make sure that Kapersky is up to date and do a scan of your computer.

if I do not open with google all is ok.. so it is something with google. probably going to delete google chrome and just run edge windows 10.

Not sure. A link would help for me to figure it out. I tried doing my own search on Goggle and follow links but nothing happened. So until I can get a link there's nothing I can do.

Not a link to here. I was using a different search engine and wanted to use google instead so I typed in google and clicked on the first link that came up and bam.

I get that sometimes on one of the other forums. I think it has something to do with an add. It seems when I get it I do not have an add on the top.
