i used to have an AmStaff and it didn't have a mean bone in its body.

"Pit Bulls have been reported in the news media as "adopting" other species of animals, such as kittens. This is one possible origin of the breed nickname "nanny dog". However, it is more widely accepted that the "nanny dog" nickname comes from Pit Bull-type dogs' innate love and tolerance of children."

Thats a good looking pooch there. Roman is a blue nose as well. His mother was white with black spots, his dad was all brown with some white patches, and a huge head...lol.

pitbulls are very high energy but not mean, you have to put lots of time into their training. much like any dog. a pit bull being a horrible dog is just a media thing.

Nice dogs.

I have a Rhodesian Ridge-back, he is a really good dog. BUT, no stranger even child should pet him or get close for that matter. Very, Very territorial and protective. They don't have bad names but I wouldn't trust one after having two of them. Probably not as strong as Pit bull but big and strong none the less. Very hyper, almost a sleeper.
You have to admit, with the tales and the looks a Pit Bull is intimidating but beautiful.

Man I need a dog but no room for one.

I have never met a dog or a cat that did not like me even that ones that bark if you have no fear of them they can tell and are nice.

One day I will have a Pitbull or 2 and a Siberian Husky.

If you had better beer that dog would probably keep it for himself!:D

Nice dog though, Bad dogs are victims of bad owners. Just ask michael Vick.

Here's our baby. She's never met a stranger, excellent with kids, LOVES other dogs, likes the cat, listens pretty good (I just simply haven't taught her anymore so she's limited in that regard but doesn't run off, comes when I tell her to, etc. etc.) and has a heart of gold. We have really been blessed with her. She's just wonderful and maybe a tad spoiled.
