what happens if i unplug the posistion sensor? will the vanes stay permianitly open till i reinstall the sensor? just wondering if it will make it idle like and old lb7

also it wont work, your tune is setup to use the vains. could get huge egts at some points and tons of smoke and no boost in other areas

With EFI Live it's a simple change to make it idle like an old LB7 - and you'll actually know what you are running for tuning.
i really just want to take it up and down my street to see what its like... so mmlmm, are you saying it wont even function for a quick test ride?
honestly IDK. Best guess is it wouldnt run right. Up the road for a test drive might work, but I dont know if it opens them all the way, closes them, or leaves them where they are.
I am also fairly sure they default to open and that I have read of someone installing a switch on one of the wires so that he could use it as a smoke switch.
have any idea who this guy was? maybe hell chime in and give us a clue on how its done
