Van thermostat housing

I wish I did. My price would be more than it costs at the local parts store or Rock Auto. PN 19258620 is the one you're after and what I currently have installed on my LLY.
The van hose wont fit the lbz, you need Gates #23141 and trim a little off each end.
The angle of the radiator inlet is different between 01-05/06+

Upper hose for LBZ with van thermostat housing?
Does anyone know of one that actually fits? I just wasted $20 on a van hose that was supposed to fit, but it's not even close. I was hoping someone knows of one and can save me some time searching the rack at the parts store. Thanks.

The more you know. Guess I haven't tried it on a newer truck than an 01-05 as that is my most common market. Thanks for the info!

That’s the part I’m using on my lmm… it also clears PPE duel CP3 kit. You can also drill though one of the bolt holes on the top of the housing to get the coolant vent hole back.
