Well, i figured it out :happy2: Or actually the counter sales guy at my local Alli dealer did...The part numbers they have in their system for a seperator plate is an 8 didgit number and at first i was giving him the 4 didgit number that is stamped on the plate. He didnt realize that those 4 numbers are the last 4 numbers in the 8 didgit part number for the plate that IS in his system. I will say myself that i would have thought that it would be be a given for his computer system to have the exact part number that is on the part, or atleast have it notated to the side that they are for the same part.
My brother in law took the old plate this morning to a friend if his that tig welded up the hole and grinded it down smooth. He may have grinded it slightly too much and i was not sure how good the plate must seal to the channels in the vb. I wanted to find a new one but i was about to use it which would probably be fine. Only thing i was worried about there was he used a stainless rod and i know i would catch heck trying to drill such a small hole through stainless. So if anybody needs a plate, you are welcome to the one i had partially repaired at no charge.
Thanks to Mike L. He started helping me out and im not even located close enough to give him business. Thanks to everybody else for the replys as well. I do stupid things more than a person with common sense should. I told my brother in law that i ordered 8 of the plates and that i would have a good one to install by the time i drilled all of them
