Is there a place for feedback for users on this site? I know I'm new here and think this could be why I'm being taken advantage of but I'm having a problem with racinmike77 right now and didn't see anywhere to post about it. I paid for a Trippin 2 gauge mount he had for sale on 10/19/2010 (a Tuesday night) He stated he could ship that week if I paid right away. Which I did. After multiple pm's he still hasn't shipped it and his last message to me stated he should keep the item and my money because of "my attitude". Sorry if I want something I paid for. All the dealings I've had on the internet up to this point I've never dealt with someone so ignorant and feel everyone should know the type of person he is. I realize it has only been a little over a week but for him to say that and still not of shipped it is wrong. I've filed a claim with Paypal and my credit card so we will see how it goes... I can't stand people sometimes, I mean if you can't get to the post office don't sell something.

Just good business practices not laziness.

If you can't ship on time, then don't sell it.

This was his response to me asking where it was and what was going on....

You can have whichever you want. EIther a refund or the gauge mount but not both. although your attitude seems like I should keep both... I work 8 to 5 so when I have a chance to get this thing to the post office ill get it there. Its been a couple days. Thanks for the OT posts.

After I posted this he Pm'd me and said he'd issue the refund. That was at 4:50 it's 10:00 now and still nothing... instead of messaging me he should have just done it.

Good luck getting him to ship it... I thought with the length of time he was on here and the amount of posts he had I'd be safe on this one. Guess I was wrong... Looks like I have to wait for Paypal or my credit card company to get my $$$ back because he sure isn't doing it on his own.

After some searching I have found some information on this bum... The only thing that confuses me right now is his paypal lists the name as James Collins, little more digging to do but It looks like its time for a phone call at least....

I reported it to Paypal but they gave him until 11/6 to reply... So I have to wait now. Also reported it to my CC company just in case Paypal doesn't refund me.

Lesson learned here call Socal or Dan/PPE for that line of parts. Economy has made it real bad for alot of us though so try to give things some slack I guess. Still if it's paid it should be gone to buyer ASAP to be fair to all.
