Really depends on how you run the truck. Do you tow a lot? Drag strip or sled pulling? If you want to stay variable vane for spool up and turbo braking, you can't go wrong with either Danville in the 3794 stg2 or the 4094 stg2R.

I love my VVT's. I haven't run a fixed vane as a single so I can't give any advice on that.

Stg2r by danville is awesome! It builds boost so easily I ran it without the map sensor plugged in and thought it pulled just as good or better to 90 than the stock charger lol

Danville 65mm 3794, 68mm stg2R if you want to stay variable, if you want fixed geometry Borg Warner S464, S467 FMW or S366 are good options.

The 68mm stage 2r lights just as fast as stock. Egts are about the same and the turbo brake is way better then stock.

Not sure on times but I know it woke the truck up and I still have a stock trans... I enjoy the 470 hp and feel very safe romping around on it ;)

how much faster than stock...Honestly, there is so much more to it than that. People have ran some very fast times on stock turbos. When choosing an upgrade you should be thinking about EGTS/Boost levels/Towing capability/ Daily driving habits and the ease of doing so/ Ease of installation or lack thereof/future plans with the truck/more fuel or no/Are you in high altitude? if so id stick with the VVT. All kinds of factors play a role. Generally the stock charger will get you to a 550hp MAX level where as the HP levels can sky rocket with aftermarket chargers. I think the 3794 stg2 is capable of 700hp and the 68mm Stg2R i believe another 100 or so. Race times/Faster is just the beginning. Good luck!

EDIT: I run my own meth system, cost me less than $200 to put it together and love it. 44% meth. its an interesting power adder, some like it some dont. Its not like hitting a nitrous button by anymeans.

S366 is not a vvt. It is fixed geometry.
I would say spool could be close to stock with the right tuning.
