Updates on my truck! (Build thread I guess lol)

Hey folks! Its been a while, I been so busy lately with work and school and had a little time to kill. Had lots done since I last posted about my truck. So I reside here in Vegas and UDP is just down the highway, these guys are frickin' awesome! I've made pretty good friends with all the folks down here, really down to earth. The prices are awesome and they've beaten everyone's prices no matter what. The quality of their work is awesome as well, I intentionally try to kill my truck driving on the hot tune doing freeway pulls and going at it from stop light to stop light daily and can't seem to make something go wrong lol. I know its bad, but I'm young and I got a good job and have a little bit of money to blow! But anyway, here is some pics of all the work.

Blew my headgaskets (PITA LLY) last fall and got a smokin' deal on all these thingies!

Big Fat Tunes! They do EFI all in house, so when I had problems I'd just take a quick drive to them and they work their magic.

Edge CTS w/ Pyro Probe. Don't mind the fuel range, in this pic it hasn't been reset since I first bought the truck, and the speedo is stuck also lol.

After dozens of limps later, a Stage 4 PPE kit with ML Converter, they build all allisons in house which is really convenient for me. Give these guys a call and they run an awesome special, it included all filters, fluids, and I stopped by and every single part of my trans was apart and inspected or upgraded! They also build them with little tips and tricks to crisp everything up and improve holding power.

Recently got Cognito UCA's and a PPE lift pump installed by them for a smokin' deal and got a good deal on my window wrap and got them to chop off one of my stacks! Only got a pic of the stack and wrap, I'm too lazy to go out and get a pic of the UCA's and lift pump lol.


Overall the truck is very drivable even on the hot tune, the mileage tune I can get really close to 500 miles on one fill up on 285's. Not to mention the tunes are super clean. The shifts are very defined, crisp and smooth. My truck rides awesome with the UCA's and I can beat on it a little more out in the dunes.

Truck did 498 horsepower in 100 degree heat at elevation! Very first dyno I've ever been to! 1/4 mile times will be up when it cools down here in Vegas.

The PPE is, well... lets just say even with the truck running with the stereo blasted people know I have a lift pump lol. But for the price you really can't beat it! Quality is awesome. UDP gave me a even better price on it.

Go for it, you won't be sorry! Just be sure to get all your fittings and hoses before tearing into it. I ordered an install kit from PPE as well.

Where is udp and what does it stand for? I live in Vegas too and need to get some work done to my engine, trans, and rear diff.

I've got an 05 with a 9" fabtech lift and some meaty tires so I want to upgrade the trans and diff
