Well it finally happened. On my way home from nightshift 6am cruising down the road about a hundred yards behind another truck. Out of no were a buck tried sneaking across the road he had his head down tail down i swerve and he takes out my passenger side front and killed my rad and dented my rear passenger door. It was only a matter of time out here in pincher creek 5 deers died in a 3 km stretch of road the night before. Ill post some pics later when it's light out when i can get some decent pic's. hopefully i can find the deer he had a nice rack.

It's going to be more and more common around these parts with the hunting pressure increasing, and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if we don't see a story like this daily.

Glad you are okay, and sorry to hear about your truck.

Sorry to hear about your truck. I live around Fort Saskatchewan and it's nuts around here pretty much year round. I have had quite a few close calls with my truck. I had a Dodge company truck that met it's fate at 2 in the afternoon on the brightest sunniest day. oops.

My next stop is Fort Sask at shell scottford. Ill be stopping in at teds for a HD bumper (looking into ranchhand) hopefully if there is another 1 he'll be under my truck with minimal damage to the truck. As dealing with insurance is a pain in the @$$. and the hassle of getting a crappy rental really sucks.Hopefully I can get some pics tomorrow as im stranded till I can get a rental or a ride:mad::mad:
