I have the same one with one tab broke off, I will cut it and take a pic if you want? Im betting it's 1/8 or thicker...
They look like ppe or ricks? They have someone casting stuff for them now? Least they look cast in the pic?
Just a quick update!
I really like these Up-pipes and Cast Manifolds from Custom Auto. Yeah, they look like a knockoff of ppe's or ricks, but the quality is top notch, and they also come with new gaskets that match them, and the price was right. Very Nice!
First thing you'll notice is the sound. You'll hear alot more of that V8 Rumble.:thumb: I made two trips to Boise this week, and I have picked up about .5-1mpg without any tuning changes.
While in Boise, Rob threw in a DSP 5 tune that I switch through my overhead mounted CS. It works really well! IdahoRob's tunes are awesome, but you already knew that.
I brought home a box of goodies from ATPtrucks, and will be sharing as soon as I get everything together for the install. As always, Dustin (sickdiesel) treated me very fair and business went down without a hiccup.
I'm going to try to do a detailed how-to with the installation (time permitting), as the how-to's on these particular parts seem to be lacking in certain areas, but we'll see how that goes.
Last but not least, Joe@HSP does amazing fab work!! Anyone looking to upgrade, look no further than HSP, because they are going to have the best Bang for your buck, and Bling for your truck!!!!!
I should hopefully have everything here and ready to start by the beginning of next week. Stay tuned!!

I'd your putting the lly bridge in from Joe heads up its a pita to get the lower front passenger side nut I made a custom wrench and socket for it :rofl:

FYI, if you want to spend about 40$ less, you can order the isspro senders for your boost. Part#'s R72014 and R89141. It's the same thing edge uses.

...I hope my down pipe clears my manifolds.... It's a pain in the butt to find a 23/32's or 45/64's drill bit around here... and a right angle drill too. .... damn Idaho.
Ya the ppe manifolds make it a cock sucker for clearance I dislike having them for that reason they make a lot things harder to do on the truck
Clearance with my manifolds wasn't an issue at all. Everything fit very well. I F**ked up tapping the drain and did it too close to the starter, so I have to fill it back in and try again. It would be soooo easy to make a template that butted up against the outer edge of the oil pan and bolted into the lower starter bolt that would go along with twin kits. It would make tapping the pan a lot less scary for idiots like me, and leave a lot less room for error. Somebody get on that. lol Other than that it's all good. Once I get the oil pan fixed and button everything up, I'll try to post up some more pics.
