Agreed 100%!!! I fix so much piss poor work that was done by some local hacks it's disgusting. Leaks, missing bolts, smashed wires, goobered up welds, bolts left loose, stripped threads, etc. It's absolutely maddening the crap some people sell.

These idiots think because they can flash a tune, slap some new head gaskets on, or throw in a ppe trans kit that there all the sudden an expert.

But it is fun giving the truck back and have the owner tell you he can't believe how much better it is now then before. I guess I should thank them. Lol.

No thats a common mistake. Its does replace the need for a deep pan though thanks to the extra volume in the converter.
