Good afternoon
While replacing my differential tail seal I mistakenly slipped a cover off the ujoint revealing the needle bearings and bearing surface. The surface once wiped down had some small impressions left which could be felt with a fingernail. Nothing extreme but enough that the bearing cup doesn't seem to roll smoothly on it. I wonder if I should go right ahead and replace that ujoint... At that point I may as well replace the one on the front of the driveshaft too I don't think those are expensive. I have been working on that truck for a while tho so I just can't wait to be done!
