ok so i pulled an lb7 from a 2003 c4500 put in a 2006 lly which i have the entire cab and harness problem is the engine harness is different on the c5500 doesn't run my engine but can i change the ecm and engine harness from my lly truck and mae it run? 2nd question is the ecm different in the classic truck compared to c5500 any thoughts???

You are gonna have to do some work to make an LB7 motor work in a truck that ran an LLY completely different animal. I would slap the LLY top end onto the LB7 and call it good.
On the LLY, the injectors are a different style, and different voltage, and it has a computer controlled turbo charger. You are going to need the ECM and harness. You will also need to disable the VATS system if it exists with EFILive or a Tech2.
